Why We Are Excited:
We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to get massage regularly or sometimes at all so this gives everyone on Maui a chance to receive a quality massage from caring and experienced massage therapists! There are only 4 requirements and the process is simple so should take less than 10 minutes because all we need from you is: 8 questions answered. Please make sure to go over the Requirements and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
How It Works:
If the nominator and nominee fit our requirements, fill out the form at the bottom of this page once a month and we will collect all nominations throughout that month. The winner will be contacted by the 5th of the following month and the recipient will be contacted announced on social media unless they request to stay anonymous.
Keep in mind that we are located upstairs in the Makawao Business Center so all winners will need to be able to access our office. Make sure to follow us on social media so your nominee stays eligible and so you stay up to date!

Can I nominate myself?
YES! As long as you are a full time Maui resident.
What is a full time Maui resident?
Someone who has lived on Maui for at least a year and throughout the entire year.
Can multiple people nominate the same person?
YES!
Can someone win the massage more than once?
YES! However, we will try to get a free massage to as many people in need as we can.
Can I nominate multiple people or one person more than one time during a month?
NO. Only fill out the form once a month. If there are multiple submissions from the same person we will assume you were hacked and will delete them all.
If my Nominee doesn't win, can I nominate them or someone else the next month?
YES!
Does the nominator have to be from Maui and have a Hawaii State ID?
NO, only the person who wins the massage needs to be from Maui.
Can I nominate someone every month?
Yes!
Will the people nominated know who nominated them?
NO
Will the people nominated be contacted if they don't win and will the winner's name be announced?
Once the winner is decided, only the winning nominee will be contacted and they can choose to stay anonymous by request.
What happens when someone wins the free massage?
They will be contacted by the 5th of the following month and within 3 days of the notification, they need to contact us to accept and schedule their free massage appointment during that month.
What happens if the winner doesn't respond within 3 days or the recipient doesn't want their free massage?
If a winner doesn't respond or want the massage then Ola Mau Massage will pick a new winner for that month.
If I fill out this form, are you going to send me a bunch of annoying messages?
Absolutely not! Even if you decide to opt in for us to send you the occasional useful announcement, we never bombard our clients with unnecessary information and you can always opt out.
How do I know my submission went through?
At the bottom of the form, you will see a thank you message after you press submit.
